People have been wondering for some time whether Bill Cosby is losing his marbles as he ages. Each year he seems to become more bizarre with his ANTI-BLACK-FOLK rants. But yesterday, Bill took things to another level.

During an interview, Bill got up, approached a female publicist – and then told her to SHUT UP.

After he finished chastising the women, he then began a diatribe BLASTING Black people for the high murder rate throughout the United States. Unfortunately for Bill, no one told him that according to FBI statistics, the murder rate in America is the LOWEST SINCE THE 1970s – when Bill was a young man. SMDH!!!
