Kill Bill star David Carradine probably died whilst performing a kinky sex act on himself in the closet of his Thai hotel room, according to a report in today's Bankok Post newspaper.
The paper quotes a local forensics official as saying that Carradine may have died while practicing auto-erotic asphyxiation - a very dangerous sexual practice which involves cutting off one's air supply to heighten sexual pleasure.
