Meanwhile, Federline continues to drop the pounds after reaching an unhealthy weight - with his regimen to be seen on the upcoming season of Fit Club, which premieres in January.
"I think everybody will be very, very shocked to see the end results," Kevin's ex, Shar Jackson, told Us magazine. A participant herself, Shar added that she and K-Fed "both made it to the end."
