Just ask Scream 4 star Emma Roberts, 20, who spent more than four hours at the Ken Paves Salon in West Hollywood having her dark blonde hair (she’s a natural brunette) brightened up to an almost platinum shade.

The fresh-faced Neutrogena spokesperson recently revealed another high-maintenance beauty habit: False lashes. “I love fake lashes,” she said in the April issue of Women’s Health. “I buy individual lashes at the drugstore and use tweezers to apply them myself. It’s hard to do, but so worth it.”
