Forbes Ranks Best Paid Celebrities Under 30. Miley Cyrus Best Paid Teen

Forbes annually ranks the world’s richest people, including a special list of the top-earning celebrities. This year they narrowed the list down to people under the age of 30, and uber-fabulous Beyonce Knowles came out on top! Get it girl! The 28-year-old diva pulled in $87 million in 2009, putting her at the top of the list for the second year in a row!

Decidedly less fabulous Britney Spears came in at #2 with $64 million. If that seems baffling, remember she had one of the world’s most popular tours in 2009. And don’t forget Spears’ perfumes remain incredibly popular, especially for a star that has been past her prime for years.

Lady GaGa comes in third after bursting on the music scene last year. With a few hit songs and a handful of juicy endorsements, Lady GaGa earned her spot in the top 3. But Miley Cyrus deserves special attention for landing at the fourth position. At the scandalous age of 17 she earned $48 million thanks to a wildly profitable Hannah Montana inspired tour and album, not to mention her movie The Last Song.

Taylor Swift came in 5th place with $45 million earned during the year. At the age of 20, the country singer sold 3.2 million albums. She dominated the radio airwaves and picked up some big endorsement deals too.

The Jonas Brothers turned up at number 11 on the list.
