Hayden Panettiere is still the only reason to watch ‘Heroes,’ but even she can’t save a show that’s relying on titillating situations of Claire in college. Still, I’d tune in for that episode where she binge drinks all of frat row under the table. Anyway, check out the buzz for next week’s episode: Claire swapping spit with her roommate, Gretchen (Madeline Zima).
Unfortunately, NBC tacked on the blurb that ruins it all: “Claire discovers that her roommate may have a hidden agenda.” That translates to “This faux-lesbian kiss is merely a ploy for ratings, and we’re not actually dealing with the hard-hitting and realistic topic of college sexual experimentation.” In the mean time, you can still enjoy the pic—or be completely bored by it.
