It’s no secret that she’s slightly obsessed with her appearance, but now Heidi Montag has confessed to having a slew of plastic surgery.

The “Hills” hottie confessed that she had a total of 10 plastic surgery procedures done on her during her second time under the knife back in November.

Heidi explained, “For the past three years, I’ve thought about what to have done. I’m beyond obsessed.”

The 23-year-old kept track of her transformation to become “the best me” all the while keeping her friends and family in the dark.
