Joe Jonas Dishes On His New Solo Album

MTV recently caught up with Joe Jonas in the studio to talk about his upcoming solo effort. The untitled album will let Joe show off his unique musical skills for the first time. Even though he’s excited about branching out from the Jonas Brothers, he says he still draws inspiration from his bros.

“I was nervous in the beginning,” Joe said. “I think I just wanted to have my brothers’ support.”

Joe has a lot of potential to breakout as a major pop star. But what will his new music sound like? He says it’s much more danceable than the Jonas Brothers previous efforts.

“I’ve been able to go on a musical journey for awhile,” said Joe about his new material. “And finally, finding Danger and working with him, we’ve both been able to collaborate on something that really works for me, and find me, and not try to mold it into something that’s not just myself and my music.

“When people hear it, hopefully they’ll be able to dance to it and have a good time.”
