Jon Gosselin Countersuing TLC, Good Luck With That

Continuing to wage his battle, Jon Gosselin and his legal crew will be making a lot of court visits.

Along with divorce issues with estranged wife Kate Gosselin, the father of eight was also sued by TLC for breaking the contract. But the reality dad is not keeping quiet and retaliating with a $5 million lawsuit of his own towards them.

Gosselin may argue that TLC is preventing him from making a living with a contract that is too strict. The 32-year-old’s lawyers Mike and Mark Heller have also complained that their client lacks sufficient legal representation when he signed his initial contract with TLC for Jon and Kate Plus 8.

The network’s suit says that Jon violated his TLC contract by taking part in unauthorized business deals and interviews and that they are not stopping Jon from earning a living and he has always claimed he could go back to his job in Information Technology if needed.

The contract suit will take place in Maryland court on December 14 and Gosselin faces a preliminary injunction hearing. On-and-off-again girlfriend Hailey Glassman, friend Kate Major, and Michael Lohan will all be able to testify along with Jon.
