Justin Bieber’s New Tattoo?!

We caught a glimpse of a mysterious mark just above Justin Bieber’s hip as he emerged from the water. The teen hottie doesn’t seem like the type who would get a tattoo, but after his Bieber or Die video, maybe he’s gone gansta on us?

And if that really is a tattoo, what does the inscription mean? Could it be an ancient sacred symbol for peace and love, or just a smudged nothing worthy of our Stupidest Celebrity Tattoos Hall of Fame? To us, it looks like Justin Bieber tried to get Rihanna’s face but the tattoo artist freaked out when he started crooning ‘Baby’ in the parlor chair. Ooops!
