Miley Cyrus “Furious” At Taylor Momsen

Heat Magazine reports that Miley Cyrus got furious when she read the nasty things Taylor Momsen has been saying about her in the press. According to DigitialSpy.com, Miley doesn’t understand why Taylor feels the need to attack her on such a personal level. Taylor claims to hate pop music, but she must be a little jealous of Miley’s incredibly successful music career. The Gossip Girl actress recently started a rock band called The Pretty Reckless and thinks she’s 100% punk rock. Currently making the rounds on Warped Tour, Taylor has been making fun of sissy pop stars like Miley every chance she gets.

Cyrus didn’t appreciate Taylor’s reference to her pop career as “Disney bubblgum s**t.” DigitalSpy reports, “Miley has always had a lot of talent, and Taylor knows it. Taylor still sees her as a threat, which she is, although they’re hardly in the same league.”

So true. TayMom is super emo about being a TV star and not a rock star, while Smiley can’t figure out how to not be Hannah Montana! Maybe the two have more in common than they think… they both try waaayyy too hard to prove they can sing… it’s a little sad actually. But Taylor needs to prove herself before she earns the right to mouth off like a rock star; the only reason she got a record contract was because of her role on Gossip Girl, whereas Miley has been in the business for years.
