New Jonas Brothers Album In 2011?

Nick Jonas is hopeful the Jonas Brothers will release a new album in 2011.

This year the Bros concentrated on the final chapter of Camp Rock and took a break from recording new tunes. After releasing four albums in as many years, the guys decided not to rush their next album.

“I think we just felt that after releasing four albums in about three and a half years, that it might be a bit of an overload,” Nick said to Lehigh Valley Music.

So what about 2011? Nick stopped short of promising a new album by the end of next year, but says he’s excited about their new music and assured fans that he, Joe and Kevin are “writing a lot of music.”

“We are working right now on what that’s going to sound like, just, you know, taking our time and really trying to make something great, no matter how long it takes.,” Nick said. “Hopefully, 2011 is the timeline, but we’re not sure just yet.”

The Jonas Brothers’ album sales have started to drop off lately, and their next album could make or break the band. Do you want to hear another Jonas Brothers album, or would you rather hear solo material from one of them?
