Michael Jackson flick.
And Miss Hilton looked absolutely fabulous as she mingled with the A-list crowd, sporting a black dress with black stockings and black ankle boots.
Earlier this week, Paris got back to her modeling roots with a Halloween photo shoot at a Hollywood-area studio.
