Zac Efron, being adorable as usual, supports a great non-profit and gets photographed flipping-off cancer for the “I’m Too Young For This! Cancer Foundationâ€.

The Foundation exists as America’s leading grassroots advocacy group for young cancer patients, and Zac graciously donated his time (and beautiful face) recently to support the campaign and flip cancer his middle finger (along with brave cancer survivor, Emily Hobson).
