Coming out on the other end of a personal crisis, Demi Lovato wanted to document her recovery for all to see.

And the “Skyscraper” songstress is gearing up for the release of “Stay Strong” with a brand new teaser trailer.

Produced by MTV, Demi’s struggle was captured from the time she emerged from rehab until the present day as she’s living a healthier lifestyle.

Lovato mused, “Why not air all my secrets,” during the clip. “Stay Strong” debuts on MTV on March 6th.
