Denise Richards regrets boob job

Denise Richards regrets getting a boob job at 19.

The 40-year-old actress made the decision to have a breast enlargement operation when she was still in her teens but now thinks it was a mistake and she wishes she had embraced her natural shape.

And Denise has no intention of letting her three daughters, Sam, seven, and six-year-old Lola – her children with ex-husband Charlie Sheen – and five-month-old Eloise, make the same error she did.

Writing on her blog, she revealed: “At 19 when I first got my breasts done, I wish that I was confident enough with my body to not have had surgery. That is something that I really want to encourage in my daughters, to embrace their healthy body and have confidence. I actually feel more confident in my skin now than in my 20s. Being confident is one of the sexiest qualities a woman can exude.”

Denise is adamant she has never had any other cosmetic surgery apart from the bust-boosting procedure and has no plans to go under the surgeon’s knife as she gets older.

She added: “That’s all I’ve had done and all that I plan to do.”
