The “Waking Up In Vegas” songstress was spotted out and about yesterday (January 12) in Santa Barbara sporting a blue-dyed hairdo.

Perry’s somber mood is to be expected, as she recently filed for divorce from her husband of 14 months Russell Brand.

And on Wednesday, Katy pulled out of her appearance at the 38th People’s Choice Awards in Los Angeles.
