Katy Perry & Russell Brand: Divorce Settlement Reached

They’ve been going through a very public divorce ordeal, and Katy Perry and Russell Brand have already figured out the legal specifics of their split.

According to a report, the “I Kissed a Girl” songstress and her “Get Him To The Greek” ex-hubby are on their way to singlehood again, with Brand’s petition and Perry’s response already on file with the court.

The former couple, married for 14 months, have agreed to “a comprehensive written settlement of all issues,” along with a mutual agreement as to the dividing of personal property.

Neither party is seeking any spousal support or portion of the other’s assets, and the divorce will be finalized in July.
