Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning play Joan Jett and Cherie Currie in the 70’s female rock group, the Runaways. The movie focuses on their teenage lives, Kristen (guitarist/vocalist Joan Jett), and Dakota (vocalist/keyboardist Cherie Currie) as they tour, deal with record label issues and handle an abusive manger.
